Gmail – en senere, valgfri utvidelse
Gmail planlegges som separat samtykke for å hente relevante kundesamtaler og sende svar du selv bekrefter. Kalenderkobling krever ikke tilgang til e-post.

Your calendar, connected to your work
The optional Google Calendar connection lets you select calendars, find available times and create, reschedule or cancel CRM meetings. Busy times prevent double bookings. CRM sign-in works without Google.
Gmail — a later, optional addition
Gmail is planned as a separately consented feature for importing relevant customer conversations and sending replies you explicitly confirm. Connecting Calendar does not require email access.
